Our vial caps are made from Polypropylene (PP), which is well-regarded as an industrial material for its excellent chemical resistance and low moisture absorption rates. As such, our products are able to ensure the integrity of your samples for fast and accurate testing results.
Each cap we manufacture undergoes the most stringent quality control measures. All plastic items manufactured in our plants meet international standards for tensile strength, flexural strength, and traceability. These include ISO 527, JIS K 7161, ASTM D638, ISO 178, JIS K 7171, ASTM D790, and compliance with various other test systems and accessories.
All manufacturing is also conducted in a cleanroom environment to minimise contamination risks.
